Various experiences in Zencity
Zencity is an AI tool for local governments which gathers and analyzes resident generated data and then delivers actionable insights that help governments prioritize resources, track performance, and connect with their communities.
As Covid-19 broke out, we conducted an intensive hackathon looking to provide additional data analysis capabilities to our users.
Consequently, we created a report which compares user data to the community benchmark (population size & geo-location).
Zencity is comparing volume and sentiment over time, when something happen in real time there is no data to compare it to
Our users asked for comparison to similar communities which made manually for them by our analysis team

Although the current timeline is helpful in understanding long-lasting situations, we'd like to be able to measure the impact of ongoing events as well

Subject - allows you to choose the topic or project you would like to see data on. We narrowed the subjects list to help the user stay focused
